All Vorzilo Sensi products are digital sensitivity packs delivered instantly after successful payment. There is no physical shipping.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, they are non-refundable once successfully delivered.

3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued only if:

• The product could not be delivered due to a verified technical failure on our side, or
• A verified technical issue with the product cannot be resolved by our support team.
