Seller and data controller

The seller and operator of this service is Vorzilo. Vorzilo is the data controller for the personal information it uses to operate this website and Premium Sensi. Privacy enquiries may be sent to support@ozsensi.online.

Our free sensitivity generator can be used without an account. Premium Sensi uses Google sign-in and account-bound authorization. We never request your Free Fire password or access to your game account.

Personal information and purposes

Account information: Google sign-in supplies your email address, account identifier and any profile details provided by Google. We use these to identify you, maintain your session, verify Premium authorization and provide account support. The legal basis is performance of our service contract.

Premium service information: authorization status, activation dates, device requests and settings submitted for Premium optimization are processed to provide the requested service and prevent unauthorized access. The legal bases are contract performance and legitimate interests in security.

Free generator answers are calculated in your browser and are not linked to an identity. Theme preferences and essential authentication information are stored in your browser to remember choices and maintain a signed-in session.

Support information: if you contact us, we process your email address, message and relevant order or troubleshooting details to respond, resolve complaints and maintain support records. The legal bases are contract performance and legitimate interests in customer support.

Technical information: hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, device and browser identifiers, request timestamps, referring pages and usage or error records to keep the service secure and diagnose faults. The legal basis is legitimate interests. Optional analytics and advertising use consent where required by law.

Payments and Paddle

For Vorzilo products sold through Paddle, Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes purchase and payment information, including customer and billing details, for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds and fraud prevention.

Paddle acts as an independent data controller for its payment processing obligations. Vorzilo may receive order identifiers, subscription status, customer contact information and billing or refund records needed to support a purchase. Vorzilo does not receive or store full payment card details.

The legal bases for purchase-related information we process are contract performance, legitimate interests in support and fraud prevention, and legal obligations where applicable. Paddle's own privacy notice explains its processing: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.

This applies to Vorzilo Premium passes purchased through Paddle. Links to other checkout providers remain subject to their own privacy notices; we do not claim that those orders are processed by Paddle.

Who receives information

We share only information necessary for the relevant purpose with service providers for hosting, authentication, security, analytics and support; Google for sign-in and, where enabled, advertising; Paddle for sales, subscriptions, payments, taxes and invoicing; professional legal or accounting advisers; and authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal information or share Premium account data or generator answers with advertisers.

Cookies and advertising choices

Essential cookies or similar storage maintain authentication, security and preferences. Optional analytics cookies measure service usage; advertising cookies, including those used by Google AdSense, may measure ads or personalize them. Server-authorized Premium Sensi users receive ad-free browsing.

Where required, non-essential analytics and advertising require consent, which you may withdraw through the applicable consent controls. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, manage personalization through Google's Ads Settings, or visit aboutads.info. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Data retention

Account and Premium authorization records are kept while your account remains active so access can be restored on future sign-ins. On a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize information no longer needed, except records required for legal obligations, unresolved disputes or fraud prevention; any exception is explained in our response.

Support correspondence is normally kept for up to 12 months after a request is resolved. Identifiable technical and security logs are kept only for diagnosis or security investigations, normally no longer than 90 days where we control their retention; hosting and authentication providers may apply their own documented retention schedules. Non-identifying aggregate statistics may be retained longer.

Purchase, tax and accounting records are retained for the statutory period applicable to the transaction, and longer only where necessary to resolve an active legal claim. Paddle retains its own payment records under its privacy notice and legal obligations. Data is deleted or anonymized when its retention purpose ends.

Security and international transfers

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and restricted access to account and authorization records. No online service can promise absolute security.

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK or EEA. Where applicable, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Email support@ozsensi.online; we may verify your identity before acting.

UK and EEA users also have the right to complain to their supervisory authority. We respond to GDPR rights requests within one month, with any lawful extension explained. Other requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.

Children and external links

This service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

External websites have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before sharing information or purchasing through them.
