Terms for Vorzilo's free tools, Premium Sensi and Premium passes, including Paddle payments, cancellation and refunds.

Seller and acceptance
The seller and service operator is Vorzilo. You contract with Vorzilo for use of its tools, content and Premium service, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) for purchases processed by Paddle. Contact: support@ozsensi.online.
By accessing or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must be legally able to enter a contract or have the required guardian's permission, and have authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you act.
Services and account access
Vorzilo offers free sensitivity calculators, device references and guides, and a separate Premium Sensi members area with device-specific recommended starting profiles. We do not provide cheats, mods, software running inside Free Fire or access to your game account.
Premium Sensi requires Google sign-in and server-verified account authorization. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Access is granted by an active Premium pass confirmed by Paddle; previously issued Premium authorizations remain valid.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for your personal use within your authorized access. Free tools remain available without a subscription.
Premium passes and billing
Vorzilo sells three Premium subscriptions (INR): Premium Weekly at ₹99 / week, Premium Monthly at ₹399 / month and Premium Yearly at ₹599 / year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel anytime through billing management or Paddle, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment.
Premium access is granted only after Paddle confirms the payment to our server and is tied to the Google account signed in when you started checkout. When a pass expires, Premium features lock and standard website ads return unless another valid Premium authorization applies. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the related access.
Paddle's Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, taxes and refund mechanics: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Because passes do not renew, there is nothing to cancel; statutory rights are governed by the purchase terms.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This disclosure applies to Vorzilo orders placed through Paddle. Separately linked external checkout offers are not represented as Paddle orders. Contact Vorzilo for product or account support and Paddle for payment-related enquiries about Paddle purchases.
Refunds
For purchases processed by Paddle, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the order date. Request a full refund at paddle.net or contact support@ozsensi.online for assistance. See our Payments & Refunds policy for details. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to distribute malware, cheats or account services. Do not probe, overload, scrape, bypass access controls or otherwise interfere with security or service operation.
Vorzilo retains ownership of its software, calculator logic, documentation, original content and branding. Do not bulk-copy, republish, reverse engineer or resell these without permission. Free Fire and Garena trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
You must have rights to information you submit and remain responsible for its use. Do not use AI-assisted features for illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware or attempts to bypass safeguards. Outputs may be inaccurate; verify them and do not rely on them for regulated professional advice. You retain rights in your inputs; output rights are subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Report rights-holder concerns to support@ozsensi.online. We may remove or restrict content, refuse outputs and suspend repeat infringers.
Performance and service availability
Device sensitivity and DPI settings are recommended starting points, not tested or guaranteed results. No profile guarantees headshots, improved aim, rank or wins. Fine-tune settings for your own touch response and game version.
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and may change the service or pause it for maintenance.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment for a purchased service, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. This does not remove statutory rights or eligible refund rights.
External purchases and liability
Links to other checkout websites retain their own purchase, delivery and refund terms. Check the seller and terms shown there; those transactions are not processed by Paddle merely because they are linked from this site.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, and Vorzilo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from its use. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
The latest terms and revision date appear on this page. Material changes to a purchased subscription will be communicated where required by law. Questions may be sent to support@ozsensi.online.
