Why these values sit where they do
A narrow display gives a shorter swipe path, so General is raised to keep full turns possible without repositioning the thumb.
Scope values stay in the middle band because precision at distance still depends on a slow, controlled pull.
On a 60Hz iPhone, expect to re-test after any iOS update that changes touch handling.
