Why these values sit where they do
This is the profile to start from when you do not yet know which range you play best at. Nothing here is tuned to an extreme, so mistakes are small and easy to read.
A 90Hz panel samples touch input less often than a 120Hz one, so General is a few points lower than the flagship rush build to keep turns predictable.
If mid-range fights feel loose after a week, lower 2X and 4X by two points before touching General.
