FPS Booster Guide
Free Fire settings explained
You do not need a booster APK. Every meaningful gain comes from settings already on your phone.
Do this before every session
A short routine keeps frames stable.
- Close background apps and browser tabs
- Enable the built-in game mode or game space
- Turn off battery saver while playing
- Keep at least 10% free storage
- Unplug the charger to avoid heat
Avoid booster apps
Most FPS booster apps do nothing beyond closing background tasks, and some inject ads or request risky permissions. Your device's own game mode does the same job safely.
Heat is the real limit
Sustained frame drops after ten minutes are thermal, not software. Remove thick cases and avoid direct sunlight rather than installing another app.
Testing your own routine on a real phone
Run the FPS counter for a full match with your normal habits, then repeat the next match after closing background apps and enabling game mode, keeping graphics and frame rate settings identical. Compare the lowest point reached in each match rather than the average, since the lowest point is when you are most likely to miss a shot.
Common mistakes that undo the routine
Leaving a music or streaming app running in the background is a frequent cause of frame drops during download of new match assets, and the symptom is a stutter right at the start of a match rather than during fights. Charging while playing on a device already prone to heat can cause a slow, steady frame decline across a match that people mistake for a game bug.
What to check in game settings
Confirm the frame rate cap actually matches what your device can sustain rather than the highest option shown, since selecting a cap your hardware cannot hold produces worse consistency than selecting one level lower.
When this advice does not apply
On very old devices with degraded batteries, thermal and power issues can dominate regardless of software routine, and the realistic fix is a lower frame rate cap and lower graphics rather than expecting a stable high frame rate.
